Good Time at Easton Baptist Church

I just returned home from a trip to Easton Baptist Church of Des Moines, Iowa. Pastor Ralph Cole Sr asked me to come to preach an Ordination Service for one of his good men, Brother Eric Graham. It was a great time of fellowship! Pastor Graham will do a great job as the Assistant Pastor of Easton Baptist Church. As fun as it is to travel and preach in another Church, there is no place like HOME! I love the Lighthouse Baptist Church Family, and I have truly been blessed to be able to preach to such a wonderful church family week in and week out. I love Racine, Wisconsin and I am glad to be home!

Another week comes to a close.

As another work week draws to an end, I reflect on the things I have done through the week in preparation for the Lord's Day! I marvel at how kind and gracious our God truly is! I did not get done all that I had hoped to, I will work on doing better next week. (I have found that there are never enough hours in a day). I believe I have the messages that God wants for His people. I am prayed up, and studied up, now all I can do is leave the rest to God. I know He can use my efforts and make much of them. I am trusting that He will!

New to this.......

Hello all, I decided to try to keep a blog of what is going on in my life as the Pastor of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Racine, Wisconsin. This will be a bit awkward at first as I have never tried this before. I wanted to start by saying that I love the church family that God has given me, and it has been one of the greatest joys of my life to be their Pastor. I count myself a truly blessed man!
